The leadership team communicates super effectively. I am free to ask questions and receive constructive feedback, and I really appreciate how much it seems the team really cares about employees.

I believe the compensation structure is too low, and doesn't refect the market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is encouraging yet focused on the goal. We have efficient meetings and are able to wrestle through challenges together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the snacks and people's willingness to go out of their way for each other.
People care, people work hard and we are proud to work here. I only wish we were rewarded in ways which would improve our quality of life; making a better living wage is essentially important.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that the interviewer truly cared about my character more than just my skillset. I could tell that they actually want employees to be aligned with their values by the questions asked.
It felt like they actively listened, and it put me at ease to speak freely.
