my current manager at least communicates with me and know how to treat employees like humans.

company dosent appreciate long term employees
This company undercuts the employees
Im expected to do the work of 10 people, Im constantly training people but never get training pay,I always get cheated out of expense ,travel pay
Its a high turnover so people do not last long .
no meetings to be attended
They care about the work as much as I do.
There is no real meeting.
Everything,being on time,actually working,staying sober,just being a worker oeriod

Easy to connect, and I spoke with the hiring manager who could answer my questions.
I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. He called, left voicemail. I returned the call. Spoke a good 30(maybe 45) minutes. Was told he would speak with the rest of the hiring team. I received a follow up call later that day with a job offer.
Talk to an actual person
Its a free for all ,no consequences for actions,just chaos
Poor training, too much work expected to be done in one week.
They need a better system.
