Its a high turnover so people do not last long .
In every company there are ups and downs.
I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. He called, left voicemail. I returned the call. Spoke a good 30(maybe 45) minutes. Was told he would speak with the rest of the hiring team. I received a follow up call later that day with a job offer.
Stressful, rushed, annoying, and convoluted.
