They care about me personally so I can bring my whole self to work.
On poiny getting answers i need,
my current manager at least communicates with me and know how to treat employees like humans.

Its a high turnover so people do not last long .
no meetings to be attended
They care about the work as much as I do.

Lots of recognition for doing a good job.

My job are fairly easy work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy to connect, and I spoke with the hiring manager who could answer my questions.
I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. He called, left voicemail. I returned the call. Spoke a good 30(maybe 45) minutes. Was told he would speak with the rest of the hiring team. I received a follow up call later that day with a job offer.
