My team are all very willing to help out or answer questions, but they also recognize their limits and help me find the person I can speak to who can provide the answer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people I met in the interview process are all very relevant to my work at the company. I was able to form relationships with them early so the transition on my start was smoother.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is all highly practical and are willing to confront challenging questions head on. They recognize challenges when they arrive and do a great job of helping their teams and the company to find a solution and move forward together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like my pay accurately portrays the value that I provide to ActiveState. My blend of skillsets is somewhat specialized and many companies like to compensate people like me at the much lower pay levels that correlate with a less-specialized skillset.
