their willingness to give and receive feedback, and their willingness to step in to support or remove roadblocks when necessary

Most meetings have no agenda, just a title, yet consistently drag on even past an hour.

got to meet a number of fellow colleagues
The ability to meet so many new people
People were down to earth and very transparent in the process.
What I liked about the interview was that they judge you based on how you will fit in the company culture and I was able to fit in well
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
too many steps that don't actually provide value. inconsistent processes between groups.
What makes you most happy at work?
the ability to find new ways to creatively strategize and problem-solve.
the ability to creatively plan and solve problems, and the space to try new things to innovate in our space
Diversity of work I get to do and few road blocks to get work done.
It is remote work and the culture is amazing. It makes me happy
