They are very transparent about the state of the company and are not scared to roll up their sleeves to get the hard work done.
They hold themselves accountable just as they hold us accountable. They are approachable and are willing to dig into the work to help get the job done, or remove roadblocks.

The best thing about my team is the access to tools to complete the job, there is always someone available to help you out

Most meetings have no agenda, just a title, yet consistently drag on even past an hour.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the positive thing here is the people I work with. Very nice and friendly
There is real trust between coworkers. Both trust that they will deliver on what they promise and trust that they will respect you.

People were down to earth and very transparent in the process.
What I liked about the interview was that they judge you based on how you will fit in the company culture and I was able to fit in well
The interview focused on real skills and review of processes I would actually be doing in my role.

too many steps that don't actually provide value. inconsistent processes between groups.
What makes you most happy at work?
Diversity of work I get to do and few road blocks to get work done.
It is remote work and the culture is amazing. It makes me happy
