What did you like most about the interview process?
Typical interview but company has finally embraced competency based behavioral questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No meeting discipline, few notes ever published and senior leaders cover same topics over and over ad nauseum.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All the good people leave quickly. Quit the restructuring and invest in some industry practices and in your people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Failing on benefits as they get progressively worse each year. Pay is below industry and CEO believes everything will be run by AI soon so there's no need to pay or backfill for that matter. No equity plan and the 401K match vests as slowly as the law allows.
