Failing on benefits as they get progressively worse each year. Pay is below industry and CEO believes everything will be run by AI soon so there's no need to pay or backfill for that matter. No equity plan and the 401K match vests as slowly as the law allows.

Pay and recognition for those that don't brown nose
The company acknowledged that some employees are being paid below fair market salaries and planned to raise them, but then we had a low month of sales and that effort was dramatically reduced.
Paid slightly better to be on par with industry average
Been at Current position for 3 years rated as a high preformer and have not had a raise and
Propaganda is the best tool this company has
Stay aware of changes, respect everyone for their different contributions, follow through on commitments
All the good people leave quickly. Quit the restructuring and invest in some industry practices and in your people.

Too late for that. The entire management would need to be redone
New CEO could improve this company fast.
Fewer white men in C-suit/upper management
Top people in some dept. need to have compassion for the worker.
