Working at Ad Hoc has been great. There have been lots of opportunities to grow, the remote flexibility is great, and I was able to take generous paternity leave when my daughter was born. Their mission and work are really important, and I like all of my coworkers.

I feel like there's a lot of mutual respect at the company and an attachment to the mission of improving government digital services.

The leadership team is smart, supportive, and invested in changing how the government uses technology. I've seen them deal with difficult situations well and work to improve how the company runs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always thinking of creative ways to work within our constraints and meet our goals. They're fun to be around and make even the difficult work easy to do.
