Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They will go 2-3 weeks without paying their workers. They only like to pay a compensation of $5000 a week TO ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. so if they go over budget some crews after to wait weeks for their pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together and listen to each other and communicate and because of this we can build a house each week.

Paycheck is whats going wrong they need to make sure that they pay all of their employees every week.

The only thing i like is my personal crew and boss.

Payroll. That is the most major thing.
