What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sales team managers try hard to fight for our contracts, get us bonus's, follow-up on missing pay, etc.
I like the quality training best.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite bonus's in sales, we make the least as compared to neighboring call-centers. Literally minimum wage, whereas other local companies make at least $3 more an hour than we do.
Paid holidays off, or holiday pay if we have to work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not a rigid do-your-job-fast-or-we-will-fire-you, but more of a 'do what you can, we will help you improve if you need it'.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was lucky - my manager liked me during the interview so we talked about normal things at the end and he decided to hire me before I made it back to my car.
