- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?It's not a rigid do-your-job-fast-or-we-will-fire-you, but more of a 'do what you can, we will help you improve if you need it'.
- What makes you most happy at work?They try to make us content.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Despite bonus's in sales, we make the least as compared to neighboring call-centers. Literally minimum wage, whereas other local companies make at least $3 more an hour than we do.
