What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very transparent. They celebrate personal and team success. I dont feel like I'm "working for" my boss I feel I'm "working with" my boss
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking reaponsibility and not gaslighting or scapegoating the employees.

Pay people a living wage.
if I was paid the full value of my labor instead of being exploited
Benefits would be awesome and healthcare for sure.

Kind, caring and hard-working people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Corporate managers are great and there are no egos at play. Culture is fun, work hard play hard.
Fun and new things to learn all the time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers should not be competing against their subordinates as producers. People should not be promoted just because they are the highest producer. Hardworking and loyal employees should be valued.
there's nothing you can do to "fix" this, the system isn't broken, it's working exactly as it was designed to work. The system just happens to be terrible. Dismantle said system.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewers were kind and professional.
The people are what make an interview bearable.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If they stopped asking stupid questions like "what's your biggest weakness", like...you & I both know I'm lying and framing a positive quality as a hindrance. Is it just a Aptitude For Lying Test?
What makes you most happy at work?
Being valued in my role, being paid well and appreciated.
That I have a job, that makes me excited.
