Corporate managers are great and there are no egos at play. Culture is fun, work hard play hard.
Fun and new things to learn all the time.
Managers should not be competing against their subordinates as producers. People should not be promoted just because they are the highest producer. Hardworking and loyal employees should be valued.
there's nothing you can do to "fix" this, the system isn't broken, it's working exactly as it was designed to work. The system just happens to be terrible. Dismantle said system.
