Some of the staff are ok and trying to do there best but the site director is out of his depth and making the managment work too hard and expects them to be on call 24 7. The iperations people are being bashwd down by the top. The shopfloor do try there best and do a good job
Worse place of work I've ever seen. Very bad organisation. No safety at all. Rules of safety not respected. Quality of the products doesn't exist. They pack everything just for doing "numbers" even if the product is burned or has fall on the floor. No respect for individual person, you are a number
