What did you like most about the interview process? My hiring manager was great, but I only worked with him 3 months before he quit due to the company culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Coworkers and direct report to all work together towards the same goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team works really hard and supports each other because we know that even though Adecco cut our team by more than half the size the work still needs to get done and our client and candidates rely on us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have brought it up my unhappiness multiple times. I applied and got a job that had been open for a long time and was posted publicly online as paying $10-15k more than they offered me. I was then told that Adecco has a policy that you're capped at how much your pay can increase for promotion.
