Strong and accessible leadership. We get to interact with the management occasionally and they are very receptive of new ideas. The leadership is quite knowledgeable and understands their team's needs

The team is supportive, and the culture is healthy. Nobody tries to boss each other around and we all share our learnings and knowledge with each other wherever necessary.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Happy Hours are quite fun and we get to interact with all company irrespective of their teams and designations. Everyone respects each other. Even the leadership is quite humble. All-in-all, happy with the work culture. HR is very sweet and helpful too.

The HR tried to make me comfortable before starting with the questions. The technical round was a bit tough but I was able to answer most of the questions and got selected
