Mr. Thomas M. Fussner has been an Executive Vice President of Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., since February 2006 and its Co-Chief Operating Officer since November 2009. Mr. Fussner joined Advanced Drainage Systems as Director, Supplier Relations and has held advancing leadership roles in manufacturing and operations functions, including being named Vice President, Manufacturing Operations in July 1995 and Senior Vice President, Manufacturing Operations in January 2009. Prior to joining ADS, he spent seven years at the lighting division of General Electric in plant, product and customer service management positions. Mr. Fussner holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Colgate University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Operations Management from the University of Michigan.
