Discovered salary paid is against labor laws. Had to file a claim for overtime.

Respect others and behave professionally without using foul language. Appreciate hard work and promote positive attitudes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feels like family, from the top down.
Nothing is positive. Employees live in fear of CEO.
