Little job security. Layoffs occur every few months. The company lacks the technology to stay competitive in the field. No long-term plan from leadership. We continue to lose contracts and are unable to win new ones.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very little to like about leadership. They are very disconnected from day-to-day work and have lost numerous contracts since taking over.
