good balance of salary, benefits and upside with stock options

I really feel like the company cares about not just me at work but also how well i do in life.
It's all up to me and I can make as much money commensurate with my efforts!
Because Advangelists is part of Mobiquity Technologies which is a publicly traded company the stock component of compensation is real money.
