We have the opportunity to make more commission based on how much business we bring in
Salary is less than comparable offers in market. Increases, if any, are low and non-merit based. No cost of living adjustments, but employee benefit contributions increase each year. Salaries aren't equitable across individuals in the same role/same experience. I make less now than when I started.
