Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is less than comparable offers in market. Increases, if any, are low and non-merit based. No cost of living adjustments, but employee benefit contributions increase each year. Salaries aren't equitable across individuals in the same role/same experience. I make less now than when I started.

Outside of immediate teams, it's "every man for themselves." In-office tends to be exclusionary and cliquey, and people rarely interact outside of their friend groups or immediate teams.
