Mr. Eric Wei serves as a Managing Director at Advent International Corporation. Previously, he was a Principal at the firm. Mr. Wei focuses on growth equity and buyouts in the technology, media, and telecom sectors. He joined Advent International Corporation in 2011. He served as a Principal at Sageview Capital LP. Mr. Wei joined Sageview in 2008. Mr. Wei served as a Vice President at Bain Capital. During his time at Bain Capital, he participated in private equity transactions. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Wei was employed at Evercore Ventures. He began his career as a Strategy Consultant with Bain & Company. Currently, he serves as a Director at Ansira Holdings, Inc.
