Gurinder Grewal ā Managing Director at Advent International
Executive Bio
Mr. Gurinder Grewal is a Principal at Advent International Corporation and joined in it in 2009 and is based in the Boston office focusing on buyouts in the industrial and energy sectors. Prior to this, Mr. Grewal joined Bain Capital in 2002 and participated in buyouts of several large companies in the industrial, media and retail sectors. He started his career with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was a member of the leveraged finance team that advised clients, across a variety of sectors, on financing and restructuring transactions. He is Director of BOS Solutions Inc. Mr. Grewal has an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and an H.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
