Jefferson M. Case — Managing Director at Advent International

Mr. Jefferson M. Case, also known as Jeff, serves as a Managing Director of Advent International Corporation and Advent International Global Private Equity Fund V, L.P. Previously, Mr. Case served as its Principal. He focuses on the consumer and leisure and retail sectors. Mr. Case joined Advent in 2001 as an Associate focusing on buyout and growth equity investments. He rejoined Advent to specialize on investments in the consumer and retail. Prior to joining Advent in 2001, he worked for two years in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at First Union Securities (formerly Bowles Hollowell Conner) and advised clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions in multiple industries and served as its Analyst. Mr. Case also has transaction execution experience at Danaher Corp.'s Corporate Development Group. He has been a Director of Party City Holdco Inc., since July 2012 and Party City Holdings Inc., since July 2012. Mr. Case serves on the Board of Directors of Noosa Yoghurt, International Coffee & Tea, LLC and Serta Simmons Holdings. He has served on the Board of Directors of Hudson Group. Mr. Case has private equity experience in the business services, healthcare services and industrial technology sectors. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree in Economics from Davidson College.
