Robert N. Weaver — Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Limited Partner Services at Advent International

Mr. Robert N. Weaver, also known as Bob, serves as Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Limited Partner Services at Advent International Corporation. Mr. Weaver joined Advent in 2015 and co-heads Advent's Limited Partner Services Group and is focusing on fundraising and investor relations activities. He served at TPG Capital, L.P. He was a Partner at TPG Real Estate since December 2011. He joined TPG Real Estate in December 2011 and coordinated fundraising for TPG's real estate investment business. Prior to TPG, Mr. Weaver served as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division and was in charge of its global private capital markets group and served as Managing Director. Mr. Weaver served Morgan Stanley for 20 years until October 2011, where he was responsible for the global coordination of Morgan Stanley's private capital markets group, including the coverage of global institutional capital sources for all real estate investment banking services and also spent the early part of his career in the investment banking department principally focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and public financings. He started his career at Chemical Bank. Mr. Weaver holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and earns a BA from St. Lawrence University.
