What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing infrastructure and a safe place to work that has ethics and integrity built in to the daily tasks. This company is not legit.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission is fair if you feel confident selling a product where complaints about the product you sell daily are viable and need to be accounted for.

Compensation is very fair. I make a livable wage. I'm happy with my benefits, too.
I love that we have a 401k plan. And, the prices for health benefits are very reasonable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay fair competitive wages. You're benchmarking for wages is both low and insulting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are too many meetings and they are mostly ineffective chatting.

Food themed days, company contests, outside work events, Happy Hours and lots of fun!

Environment is very friendly and positive all around.
Employees are genuinely happy to be there, and it makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable work environment. Culture is great! We have theme days, potluck lunches, bbqs, Easter egg hunts, and more! It's a fun place to be!

Adjust to a fair and industry standard billing and cancellation policy. Also, adjust the product so that it actually gets members paid meetings.
