Providing infrastructure and a safe place to work that has ethics and integrity built in to the daily tasks. This company is not legit.

Listening to your employees and customers! Your customer service "tactics" are a joke.

Pay fair competitive wages. You're benchmarking for wages is both low and insulting.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not having a thumb pressed on our heads daily would be a great start.

Just read the reviews on Execranks. Its virtually the same exact company they just changed the name is all.

Adjust to a fair and industry standard billing and cancellation policy. Also, adjust the product so that it actually gets members paid meetings.
