My manager is the most understanding and kind person I've ever worked for. She is fair and lenient when it comes to work/family balance. Everything you would want in a manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
5 percent match on 401k
great retirement plan with 401k
Pay rate is very competetive.
we get an amazing benefits package that's hard to top. Aside from the regular insurance/dental/ 401k and pension, to name a few, we also have an incentive to get healthy and they pay for whatever we need to get us to that point. It's truly an amazing place to work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are great with communication
everyone jumps in to get the work done
My team is very supportive and efficient. People definitely work as a team.
I can't say enough how willing to help everyone is. Everyone has each other's back for the most part and triple checks to see if there is anything they can do for you.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to stop the work place gossip about peer employees and upper management team as well. Morale is really bad

The victims clients that i advocate for
We look out for one another
very inclusive and culturally diverse
Definitely the team approach present and generally a good support system
It's about kindness and compassion toward everyone. Finding and recognizing the good outcomes in our work, the wins and looking for ways to improve.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Relaxed and informal, like a conversation
included multiple employees at various levels
Interviewing with several members of the team gave me the opportunity to ask questions of people that would be equal to me and currently performing my job.

The sense of security that comes with having an amazing place to work and the future that is taken care of.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
morale is way down because the management treats employees rudely and disrespectfully. They also talk about employees and their problems to other employees.
