Mr. Sean Sullivan has been Head of Americas at AerCap Holdings N.V. since May 14, 2014. Mr. Sullivan served as Head of Americas and Senior Vice President of Marketing at International Lease Finance Corp. Mr. Sullivan served as Head of The Americas at International Lease Finance Corp. since March 16, 2012. Mr. Sullivan has more than 20 years of experience in negotiating and managing complicated transactions. He served as Vice President of Marketing of International Lease Finance Corporation. Mr. Sullivan served as Vice President of ILFC's, marketing group and was instrumental in the development of ILFC's sale-leaseback efforts. Prior to ILFC, he served as Director of Allco Aviation in San Francisco where he was responsible for sourcing new business through sale-leaseback transactions as well as developing innovative financing structures. Mr. Sullivan also served as Vice President with Bank of America in the Leasing and Capital group focused on aviation finance.
