Mr. Wouter M. den Dikken, also known as Erwin, has been the Chief Operating Officer of AerCap Holdings N.V. since October 1, 2010 and has been its Chief Legal Officer since 2005. Mr. Den Dikken served as the Chief Executive Officer of AerCap Ireland of AerCap Holdings N.V., since 2007. He served as Senior Legal Counsel of AerCap Holdings N.V. and as Head of the Group Legal Services Department since 2004. He joined the Legal department of AerCap in 1998. He worked for an international packaging company in Germany as Senior Legal Counsel where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Den Dikken holds a Law degree from Utrecht University.
