Mr. Brian A. Miller has been the General Counsel of The AES Corporation since May 2005 and serves as its Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary since 2005. Mr. Miller served as a Vice President of The AES Corporation and served as its Deputy General counsel until May 2005. He served as an Acting Chief Compliance Officer of The AES Corporation. He served as an Attorney with the law firm Chadbourne & Parke, LLP. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of The Dayton Power and Light Company.
