What's the vibe like in the Business Development dept at AET Holdings Corp? How many hours are you working?
AET is a very upbeat, forward thinking, innovative company. On the Business Development side, I typically work anywhere from 50-60 hours per week. Management is very flexible with an attitude of making the office a fun environment; as to where you don't feel compelled to "kiss up to the boss" by working more hours. With that being said, those who really give it their all are compensated with not just yearly bonuses, but a piece of the company as well.
