worst ever experience i had compared to previous banks o have worked with - process flow too lengthy and backward, chief has no function but to rely on TL for everything and detached from what's going on at grassroots level

they are not open to suggestions, very close minded and confined. very scared of the chiefs to convey msg from grassroots levels
