What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take in suggestions and try to implement them
Very frank and approachable executive team. There is freedom for every employee to approach them with problems and the employees themselves are involved in solving said issues.
The CEO is open and reachable, no matter what your designation is. He fosters perfection, quality and learning from one another.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is paid on time
The performance bonus. It keeps me motivated to work my best and earn the perks. The performance evaluation criterion is very fair.
The compensation is quite fair considering the work involved and is more than enough for my needs

What are some of the best things about your team?
Co-operative, Knowledgeable, Co-ordinate well, Laborious
The team is a good mix of experts and executioners. Its like having a good sync between your brain and your hands.
Very bright and talented. Though teamwork is accompanied at times by conflicts, everyone ensures that this leads to something productive
