What are some of the best things about your team?We work well together. We move past departments and work as a whole to be their for our guests.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They don't pay for the costing of living in my state. They based their pay on their casinos in Las Vegas where the cost of living is 30% less than Colorado.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They need to put money in to the business not take away.
