Like most Corporate Financial institutions, any error is automatically a consumer end issue. Even with direct evidence that implicates Affrim with a simple error, it is met with disdain. When the consumer does his/her due diligence, what else is left? Affirm has no HONOR! They broke the trust!

Horrible customer support. No care about the customer. Won't help in resolving simple Account changes. They will make you know how little you matter and will discriminate . Horrible company, better options out there with better service and rates.
