To increase staff retention, take care of your current group of employees by treating them with respect, honour, and listening to their grievances and needs instead of isolating those who have a differing viewpoint
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary. No bonus though unfortunately

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are hostile because they have had to be in order to survive. This is because management lacjs empathy and self-awareness to realise that staff is overworked and feels trapped is a dictatorship where they are unable to challenge managers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing much is positive. They offer a strong salary structure but at the risk of the company either retrenching you or not paying a bonus in case of a downturn in economic circumstances. Also at the risk of your own health since the company is short staffed and overworks u 2 the bone.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lack of diversification in products and slow implementation of modern technologies. The company is also falling behind the trend when it comes to reducing its carbon footprint and rehabilitating the environment
