Coworkers are hostile because they have had to be in order to survive. This is because management lacjs empathy and self-awareness to realise that staff is overworked and feels trapped is a dictatorship where they are unable to challenge managers
Nothing much is positive. They offer a strong salary structure but at the risk of the company either retrenching you or not paying a bonus in case of a downturn in economic circumstances. Also at the risk of your own health since the company is short staffed and overworks u 2 the bone.
