Eric P. Hansotia — Senior Vice President of Global Crop Cycle & Fuse Connected Services at AGCO Corporation

Mr. Eric P. Hansotia has been Senior Vice President of Global Crop Cycle and Fuse Connected Services at AGCO Corporation since December 2014. Mr. Hansotia served as Senior Vice President of Global Harvesting and Advanced Technology Solutions at AGCO Corporation since July 2013 until December 2014 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Global Harvesting, Crop Care, Advanced Technology Solutions and Dealer Technical Support. Mr. Hansotia served as Senior Vice President of Global Harvesting and Advanced Technology Solutions at AGCO Corporation since July 01, 2013. Mr. Hansotia served as Vice President of Global Platform, Crop Care for the Agriculture and Turf Division of Deere & Co. Mr. Hansotia was responsible for the design, manufacture and sourcing of the crop care platform of products for Deere's global agriculture and turf equipment operations. He joined Deere & Company in 1993 as an Engineer in the Worldwide Agricultural Equipment Division. He moved to the Worldwide Construction Equipment Division in 1998 and in 2000, assisted in Deere's acquisition of the Timberjack Group, the world leader in forest harvesting equipment. His responsibility grew in the global forestry business, first as Director of Forestry Operations, then as Vice President for Deere's Forestry group. He served as General Manager of John Deere Harvester Works since 2005 and served as its Senior Vice President of Global Harvesting. In 2008, he was a recipient of the Quad Cities Area Leaders Under 40 Award. Mr. Hansotia also received the Best Investment in Europe award for Deere's integration of Timberjack at the 2003 World Investment Conference. Mr. Hansotia graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison with a BS in mechanical engineering in 1991 and a Ms in mechanical engineering in 1992. He earned an Executive MBA degree from the University of Iowa in 1998.
