Mr. Welke served as Vice President for Customer Care in North America at Whirlpool Corporation. Mr. Welke joined Whirlpool corp. in 1990 and served a number of Executive Positions, including Manager of Organizational effectiveness, Product Manager for Cooking Products, Director of Marketing and Engineering for KitchenAid Portable Appliances, Vice President for Product Groups in Europe and Vice President for Customer Care since 2001. Mr. Welke has B.A. degree from Kalamazoo College and M.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan.
