Tell the truth! Listen to employees. Get rid of toxic management & TL's. Pay fairly for hours worked.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
low salary compared to competitors
Fair payment for hours worked! Agfa expects long days/evenings/weekends for FREE! It doesn't matter if you work until midnight 5 weeks in a row & weekends. Not allowed 5 mins off or lieu time! It's very demotivating because no matter how much you work it's NEVER enough!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite the poor moral, team mates help each other & are the most amazing part of work.
