What do you like best about the leadership team?
The current leadership team is all women and very diverse. It was not always like this but I realize is that women do care about the well being of others, even while addressing the bottom line.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent health insurance and a generous holiday + PTO schedule! Also, job perks like an on-campus massage program, free membership to the campus gym, low cost parking, and access to other things like retirement planning and EAP benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a non profit so they don't pay as well as corporate. I am not here for the money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone cares about our students and has the same level of work ethic and dedication.
