Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation from July 10, 2012 to February 2015 and its Senior Executive Vice President from July 2014 to February 2015 and served as Executive Vice President from July 10, 2012 to July 2014. Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. from September 1, 2010 to July 9, 2012. Mr. Al-Joundi served as Vice President of Finance at Barrick Gold Corp. April 2004 and Vice President and Treasurer since May 1999.
