What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is made up of really smart, innovative people. They focus on both the needs of our clients with the needs of us as AIIRheads.

Self awareness and authentic change

Base pay is relatively close to the market, plus there's a bonus structure.

What are some of the best things about your team?
People are very smart, driven, friendly, but still humble
Remote work is challenging, but we're intentional about keeping in touch with Slack and Zoom.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of openness to listen and create the conditions of a positive culture. A lot of focus and awareness early on as the organization scales

An appropriate number of interview rounds and I was able to meet additional members of the team before accepting my offer
