Excellent benefits, and potential for bonus every year for entire staff.
Great compensation and great bonuses!
The Healthcare benefits and the yearly bonus.
I am compensated fairly. I do believe many others have not been adjusted to the market over the years.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together collaboratively. There is a real team atmosphere.
Everyone is collaborative, solution oriented, and factual driven. We are all working towards the same goal.
Highly qualified, engaged, friendly people that help each other.
Being open and honest with all has improved upon morale and trust.
I have never worked in a team that is so emotionally intelligent and has the best interests of the company at its heart.

What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most about the interview process was the transparency of the culture. Management cares for their employees.
It was very open and friendly without the useless interview questions such as "name your biggest weakness"
