Collaborative, transparent, hardworking, customer centric
They are very open and have monthly meetings to update the employees on what's happening.
Their transparency and openness. Also their generosity. They genuinely want to make and keep the employees happy.

People work hard and as a team. No big egos.
Everyone is smart and really nice. Enjoyable to be around.
