What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that it's ok if you don't know, they will let you know.
The fact that they strive to achieve what ever they can we the team of dedicated employees. And them also focusing on assisting employees whereever they can.

Be apart of the game with the market and have the sense of responsible to take any consequences due to wrong direction setting...
What is the best part about your compensation package?
being able to buy holidays and usually decent pay rises
The compensation, the benefits and the vacations.
Health Insurance Coverage and other benefits including vehicle
Good package with good incentives

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have more of a head count so we have Adequate backup and coverage on jobs. That's it's on the top all over the bottom.
AN not really look into existing employees with good experiences that really capable after serial of training provided... Lots of money spent on employees previously on training purposely, which end up to be valuable asset for other companies or threat of competitors... Does investment worth it?

The team work is the best thing about the team!
