What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great very thoughtful and very educated.
How hands on they are I can tell they really care about the team and the mission
Every person has the positive attitude employees love to see. They're willing to assist and make sure the employees have everything they need to succeed

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My 401k and company pension
Not sure about it but I like vacation personal time.
Monthly bounus and commissions are the best part of the wages.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over worked under paid for the work we do

How we help each other
My team works as not just a team but as a family.
We help each other and we check on each other's mental health
We all care and are passionate about our careers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better management and Communication work place
Communication skills could be improved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We provide a service to help the pleople when they need just some help till payday. It makes me happy that we can be od assistance to them in their time of need.
The family atmosphere and the incentives for employees the encouragement for doing a great job

Have better management and better work place
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to speak out with out being targeted.
When i interviewed woth the store manager i also meed the the district manager and they both were very welcolming and happy to teach as well.
No interview is fun!!! But treating people like people go a long ways!!!
