Exec team is driving the ship in the right direction, is approachable and friendly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Empathy and team building. Training should include written materials.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are great, including the extended health care and dental coverage, flex credits, life insurance, emergency travel insurance, GRRSP and pension plan - all paid by employer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Emploees are dehumanized and disposable. A cultural shift towards a more inclusive and supportive environment would a step in the right direction resulting in pay and benefits increases.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind, caring, smart and incredibly hard working. Supportive and accountable.
