AL has great products, a lot of great teams, and smart people making things happen. However, leadership overlooks minorities and women for opportunities to advance. There is not a lot of career development, and wages are still below industry standard and now far behind due to recent inflation.

  • For some roles (like SOC) it isn't really an option, however there is good flexibility for other non-ops positions

  • Some managers allows it, but overall is discouraged

  • Is allowed, however on-site work is encouraged in order to promote team bonding and integration
