Interacting with their team. Be more inclusive to new hires and helpful towards them and not make them feel isolated from the team and helpless.
Need to connect with employees more. Executive team is too aloof and distant
Allow for greater flexibility just as they seem to have.
No transparency, poor morale, poor decision making, lack of empathy.
Manager treating me like an actual person and acknowledged me would have helped.
They need to stop talking so badly about everyone in the office behind their backs. Made me anxious about what could be said about me when I'm not there
Culture is simply awful. Everyone seems to be so untrusting and ready to escalate at a moment's notice, instead of building rapport and getting to know each other. People seem on the edge and just a horrible cutthroat environment. The open floor concept seems to make matters worse.
Nepotism at its best. Half my team was amazing- dedicate and hardworking. The other half were friends hired by a director....who promptly promoted them, ignoring all the worker bees who've been with the company longer.
Less fake attitudes and manager blatantly showing favouritism and ignoring individuals they already chose not to like before getting to know them.
There is no culture. After a huge round of layoffs, Rana Strellis was brought in to reinvent the company. She works part-time, is remote, and is rarely seen in the office, and nobody has any idea what she does. She's best friends with the CEO, so, connect the dots.
Recruiter was so rude. Should have taken that red flag more seriously.
Poor leadership, lack of vision, overworked employees, no culture.
